NG Studio is a London-based design practice founded by Nese Gunes, working with private clients and businesses on luxury residential and commercial projects across the UK and internationally.

Studio work spans Grade II listed residences, private villas, ski chalets, and office interiors — each approached with the same discipline and attention to detail. NG Studio offers a fully managed service, taking a project from initial concept through to completed space. Every decision, from architecture and spatial planning to bespoke joinery, furniture, and art curation, is handled by the studio.

Founder Story | Nese Gunes

Professional Experience

Nese Gunes is an architectural and interior designer with over ten years of experience delivering luxury residential and commercial projects across the UK and internationally. Her career spans interior architecture, spatial strategy, bespoke joinery design, and construction delivery — a breadth of practice that gives the studio both design authority and technical precision.

Having worked extensively within construction environments, Nese brings an unusually grounded understanding of how spaces are made, detailed, and delivered — from concept through to completion. Her project experience ranges from private residences and apartment schemes to office and commercial interiors across multiple countries.

Education

Nese holds a six-year architecture degree, followed by a Master's in Interior and Spatial Design at UAL Chelsea College of Arts, London. She subsequently studied Art, Philosophy, and Theory at Central Saint Martins, where her work received the Dean's Award and was permanently acquired by the college.

This combination of architecture, interior design, and art theory directly informs how she approaches every project — bringing structural knowledge, spatial sensibility, and artistic judgement together under one vision.
